All orders are handmade and require 5–7 business days for processing before shipment. Processing times may increase during sales, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Order Tracking
Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. NajaixNails is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, NajaixNails is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at NajaixNails@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will review the issue and work to find a solution.
