Refunds & Returns

At NajaixNails, each set of press-on nails is handmade and carefully crafted to order. Due to the custom and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at NajaixNails@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

After review, we may offer a replacement or refund under our discretion. 

Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct nail size before placing an order. NajaixNails is not responsible for sizing issues resulting from incorrect measurements submitted by the customer. We strongly recommend purchasing a sizing kit before ordering a custom-sized set.
